Description:
Nitrile rubber has resistance to non-polar and weakly continuous oils and solvents,
and has good resistance to gasoline, fatty oils, and fatty acids.
Nitrile rubber has better heat and oxygen aging performance than natural rubber.
Nitrile rubber has good resistance to alkali and weak acids.
It is mainly used to manufacture various oil-resistant rubber products,
such as oil-contacting hoses, rubber rollers, sealing products, linings, aircraft fuel tank seals and large oil sacs.
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR): it is made by emulsion polymerization method between butadiene and acrylonitrile,
it is mainly produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization method, with good oil resistance,
high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion.
The disadvantages are poor low-temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation performance and low elasticity.
It belongs to synthetic rubber with good oil (especially the paraffin oil) and aging resistance.
It can be used for a long time in the air at 120℃ or in the oil at 150℃. In addition,
it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesion performance.
NBR has good compatibility with PVC and cool acid resin, so it is often mixed with resin to do material modification.
It is mainly used in aviation, automobile, printing, textile and machinery manufacturing, etc.
