Description:

The pneumatic rubber cloth diaphragm in the rubber diaphragm is one of the pneumatic valve rubber diaphragm classifications.

It is molded by the double layer compound method of rubber  cloth.

The pneumatic rubber cloth diaphragm includes rubber and cloth surface. It has strong tear resistance performance, but the rubber itself does not have this strong tear resistance performance, so the rubber and the cloth surface are firmly combined by the cloth composite method, so that the rubber diaphragm can work at high frequency. The environment can also maintain long-term effective tear resistance, avoiding air leakage and damage due to high-frequency operation that delay the normal operation of the pump valve.

Oil-resistant rubber diaphragms are mainly used in various industrial environments containing petroleum,mineral oil, fuel oil, and lubricants. According to the oil resistance classification,they can be roughly divided into: CR, NBR, HNBR, ACM, AEM, CSM, FKM, FMVQ, CO, PUR,

the above materials are those with better oil resistance in rubber. CR, NBR, HNBR, FKM are commonly used in the manufacture of oil resistant rubber diaphragms.

Because fluorine rubber has good high temperature resistance, the material of diaphragm is often fluorine rubber in high temperature environment. The equipment used for oil-resistant rubber diaphragms includes solenoid valves, pulse valves, pneumatic diaphragm pumps, pneumatic valves, dust removal equipment, etc.

In the initial stage, the oil-resistant rubber diaphragms are still pure rubber. With more and more feedback, the rubber diaphragms are used for a long time. There will be cracks, tears, etc. Later, in order to cater to the more demanding industrial environment, a new generation of oil-resistant rubber cloth diaphragm was born.

Because the inner layer is embedded with a cloth surface, it is effectively solved. Some materials with poor weather resistance appear torn. Cracked situation.
