Large diameter fluorine rubber nitrile rubber ring, glue cold bonding or hot vulcanization bonding
Description:
Because fluorine rubber and nitrile rubber are the most commonly used sealing materials.
Nitrile rubber has good oil resistance and is a very cost-effective rubber.
Fluorine rubber is often used in high temperature environments.
Sealing strips are often used for mechanical seals.
It is difficult to process large mechanical equipment through molding and extrusion methods,
which makes the cost very high. Therefore, for large sealing rings,
we usually use extrusion processing to make rubber strips, and then paste both ends into a ring.
NBR is the most commonly used elastomer for o ring and other sealing devices.
Nitrile material outperform most other elastomers due to high tensile strength,
as well as excellent abrasion, tear and compression set resistance.
Nitriles also have very goos aging properties under severe conditions.
Because of the double bonds present in the polybutadiene parts of the chemical backbone,
nitrile material have poor resistance to ozone, sunlight, and weathering.
They should not be stored near ozone-generating electric motors or equipment.

Fluorocarbons make exellent general purpose O ring due to their exceptional resistance to chemical,
oil, and temperature extremes (-15to 400℉).
Specialty compounds can further extend the low temperature limit down to about -22 ℉
fordynamic seals and about -40℉ in static applications.
Fluorocarbons usually have good compression set resistance,
low gas permeability, and resistance to ozone and sunlight.
Over the last five decades, this remarkable combinnation of properties has formulated for use in aerospace applications.
FKM compounds are now widely used in automotive, appliance, fuid power, and chemical processing industries.
Depending on the specific needs of your application,
there are number of different fluorocabon formulations available for use.
Though they may share some common characteristics,
these different types are distinguished bu their processing and end-use properties.
General Temperature range: -15 to 400 ℉

Cold bonding: The two ends of the extruded rubber strip are bonded together with
rubber special glue and then cooled.
Thermal bonding: Compared with cold bonding,
thermal bonding is more stable and has a longer service life under pressure.
Commonly used bonding methods are: cold bonding and hot bonding.
NBR rubber operating temperature: -15 degrees Celsius -120 degrees Celsius
Fluorine rubber operating temperature: -20 degrees Celsius -250 degrees Celsius
